The Slough Dominican Association (SDA) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored/hosted by SDA, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. SDA may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by SDA including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
To ensure and protect the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.
A person attending a SDA event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organisers, and/or contact SDA prior to commencement of the event.
By participating in a SDA event or by failing to notify SDA, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by SDA, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify SDA from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness. If you wish to remove your photograph from our database, providing it is not a group photograph, you may do so by request to us via email at
Any person or organization not affiliated with SDA may not share or broadcast on social media, use, copy, alter or modify SDA photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from SDA.
